Manufacturing Plant:
We have our own foundry with tilting furnaces and hot top system to make billets covering a wide range of alloys. Complete metal treatment procedures as degassing, grain refining and filtration are carried out. The alloys are analysed to ensure that they are within the limits required. Before being processed further, the logs are homogenised to achieve superior properties. And so, our customers are ensured of defect free and fine quality products.
Three PLC controlled extrusion presses 2500 UST, 1800 UST and 900 UST are capable of producing a variety of profiles as per customers' requirements. We have developed more than 3000 profiles over a period, simple to complex, for a variety of applications.
We have in-house capability to design and manufacture dies for complex sections. As a result, we are able to meet delivery schedules of customers. Our facilities include CNC Vertical Machining centers, CNC Wire Cut EDMs, CNC Spark Erosion EDM and heat treatment equipment including a fluidized bed furnace.
